I made some desserts for a luncheon recently. I made S'mores Whoopie Pies- 2 graham flavor cake cookies, with marshmallow frosting and chocolate ganache sandwiched in between.
I had marshmallow frosting to spare, so I whipped up a quick batch of my favorite vanilla cupcakes to go along side.
