Raspberry Swirl Mini Cheesecakes

These delightful mini cheesecakes were made for a baby shower. Beautiful red, tart but sweet raspberry puree adds a delicious note of flavor to these classic cheesecake minis.

The cheesecake is smooth and creamy with just the right amount of graham cracker crust.

A Birthday Cake and 4 Fall Mini Desserts

This is a cake I made for a 6th birthday. It was white cake with vanilla buttercream, decorated with sugar flowers and Littliest Pet Shop toys.
I made 4 desserts for a Fall get-together. First were Impossible Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes, which taste like pumpkin pie, topped with sweetened whipped cream.
