Chocolate Truffle Cake

I made this three layer, 6-inch Chocolate Truffle Cake for a chocolate lover's birthday. It is three layers of moist chocolate cake, a Chocolate Truffle filling, and a ganache to finish it off, on the top and sides. Grated semisweet chocolate is sprinkled on top.
